Esta "pesa rusa" nos sirve para trabajar un ejercicio balístico que compromete en mayor medida la cadena posterior, glúteos, isquiosurales, extensores vertebrales...con un importante componente horizontal en cuanto a la producción de fuerza, y componente elástico por el penduleo, aprovechando esa acción pendular al traer la KB activamente hacia nuestro centro de masa. We don’t move enough as humans and simply going to the gym daily isn’t always enough. While exercising and going to the gym daily is great, it only accounts for a tiny portion of your day. Think about it, if you’ve spent 1 hour in the gym and 8 hours sleeping, what are you doing with the other 15 hours of your day? I think movement outside the gym is just as important as movement inside, so here are 3 tips to add more movement into your daily routine throughout the day. • 1. Take standing/movement breaks at work. Set a timer on your phone or watch to remind yourself to take a standing break at your desk. Take that opportunity to move around, fill up your water bottle and give your mind a mental break from work. We need to make sure to get those brain breaks in so we work at peak cognitive performance. • 2. Engage in exercise breaks between shows. With fast streaming services becoming increasingly popular in homes, we can spend hours on the couch watching episode after episode. Make an effort to take a short exercise break between shows such as completing 25 Sit-ups. • 3. Add movement into morning or evening routines. Expose yourself to direct sunlight as soon as you wake up, and consider an energizing morning ritual like a stretching routine or a neighborhood stroll. Flowing before climbing, connecting with a core, elevating in my heart-rate, opening my hips, rotating through the spine and having to work my brain too 👊I did 10 rounds of this flow. Animal Flow is a great way to train. Why? My number 1 reason would be balancing out hanging on the wall, in animal flow, we are using pushing forces which will strengthen your shoulders.
